Within CLS we place a great emphasis on the Health, Safety and Welfare of our direct employees, our subcontractors and others who may be affected by our work activities.
The key to Health & Safety lies within the continuous training and education of our work force, employing the right people for the right job. Each employee is individually assessed to establish their specific training requirements, and each employee will have a specific training programme to meet their needs. As a bare minimum all operatives are CSCS/CCDO registered and all supervisors are SSSTS/SMSTS/CCDO qualified.
In addition, we ensure that all our operations are carried out in accordance with our comprehensive safe systems of work, current legislation and best practices.
It is to our credit that CLS has never had an enforcement of any kind with the HSE.
